The PAIUnet Management Team (PMT) is comprised of staff from the Chester County IU24, ARIN IU28 and Capital Area IU15. The PMT provides operations support and project management services for PAIUnet. Consortium members bring extensive experience and expertise to the project.
John Branson serves as project director and the single point of contact for the project. In addition to his work with the PAIUnet project, John also has had extensive experience in developing and managing one of the first regional high-speed educational networks in Pennsylvania.
Amy Morton and Brian Griffith provide technical assistance and support for functional groups working on objectives pertaining to curriculum, instruction and professional development. Amy and Brian are both highly-respected leaders in the areas of curriculum and instruction.
Derrick Mergen and David Martin provide support and technical assistance to the PAIMS and technology functional groups. Derrick and Dave have provided leadership at both the IU and school district level in establishing cutting edge technology programs.
Shawn Farr and Cliff Geary share responsibility for budget and fiscal management of the project. Sean has extensive experience in managing very large budgets, not only in his current position, but also in his previous role as Chief Operating Officer for the Annenberg Foundation. In addition to serving as Assistant Business Manager for the ARIN IU, Cliff has served as Chief of the Fiscal Division for the Indiana Office of Planning and Development.
